The Role of the Ocean Blu Bar Boy/Bar Girl
The Bar Boy/Bar Girl supports the smooth and efficient operation of the bar by assisting the Bartender and Lounge Server in delivering exceptional service to guests. This role ensures all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to service protocols, and upholding strict discipline in accordance with company policies.
