The Role of Talent Acquisition Manager:

Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across all departments, up to and including Department Head level.

• Develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy and oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function at the hotel.
• Utilize Workday and other systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and hiring activity records.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Create innovative sourcing and outreach strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and cost-per-hire.
• Drive Talent Acquisition success by developing strategies, delivering learning and development programs, and coaching hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the Area Talent Acquisition Manager to share best practices and strategies, leveraging internal and external systems to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, universities, and community partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
