– Assurer les opérations liées à l’accueil et au départ du client (connaissance Opera est un plus).
– Renseigner et accompagner le client tout au long de son séjour.
– Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel pour optimiser les ventes.
– Gestion de la facturation et de l’encaissement des prestations.
– Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre les réservations
– Assurer les informations nécessaires aux services et collègues concernés
Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, autre langue appréciée
Connaissance Excel (, Opera et ResaWeb sont un plus)
Sens du service et de l’accueil
Très bon relationnel, excellente communication (interne et clientèle)
Organisation, rigueur et indépendance dans le travail confié
