Manage the integration and go-to-market efforts for new partners and alliances across our multi-brand hotel portfolio and globally recognized loyalty program. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that not only support the seamless onboarding of new partnerships but drive incremental room night revenue, increase loyalty contribution, and elevate the value proposition for guests, owners and partners. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as well as with external partners to ensure all initiatives are aligned with our broader multi-brand objectives and strategic relationship goals. Enhance partner visibility, improve member engagement, and maximize mutual growth through targeted, performance-driven campaigns. Manage critical partner relationships to ensure clear communication, effective campaign execution, and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.
