Food & Beverage Team Leader

Job Description

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the team during evening and closing shifts, ensuring seamless operations across restaurant and bar.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a warm and welcoming dining and bar experience.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support colleagues—driving performance and team engagement.
  • Oversee end-of-shift procedures including closing, cashing up, and handover.
  • Carry out stock counts, assist with ordering, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support with event organisation and delivery.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and developing team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with management to continuously improve service and guest satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in managing both restaurant and bar service.
  • A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
