Senior Sales Manager

Located in one of California’s premier travel destinations celebrated for its world-class wineries, exceptional cuisine, and breathtaking landscapes. The property is nearing completion of an extensive remodel. With a refreshed, more sophisticated aesthetic, the team is poised to deliver an elevated guest experience while preserving the timeless charm of Napa Valley.

Ideal candidates will possess the following experience and traits:

  • A strong drive and talent for identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals.
  • Responsiveness and urgency in managing incoming leads.
  • Familiarity with Delphi and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working with group bookings and contract management is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the luxury hospitality sector and/or navigating brand transitions is a plus.

Salary range for this role is $90,000-$95,000

Sales Incentive

Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout.
