The Hilton Anatole is searching for a Master Baker to join their Pastry Team!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within an independent restaurant or hotel environment and/or an accomplished lead baker looking to make the next step in their career.
You will be technically dynamic with the ability to assist with the execution of high volume banquets of up to 800 guests. Proven experience with banquet-style desserts, decoration in a commercial setting, excellent creativity and an eye for detail.
You will have excellent organization skills and the ability to work quickly and with precision. Passion, dedication and a hunger to learn and progress is essential!
