Team Leader, Food and Beverage

Description:

  • Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.

    – Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel.

    – Ensure that SOPs

  • policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed.

    – Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel.

    – Perform opening and closing of cashier.

    – Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks.

    – Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity.

    -Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized.

    – Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed.

    – Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Min diploma in hospitality or equivalent.

    – Good interpersonal and customer services skills.

    – Willing to work on rotating shifts

  • weekends and public holidays.

    – Remaining calm under pressure.
