Bartender

Description:

• Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.- Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel.- Ensure that SOPs
• policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed.- Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel.- Perform opening and closing of cashier.

  – Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks.

  – Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity.

  -Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized.

  – Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed.

  – Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Min diploma in hospitality or equivalent.- Good interpersonal and customer services skills.- Willing to work on rotating shifts
• weekends and public holidays.- Remaining calm under pressure.Send your CV to:
