Description:

• Provide Food & Beverage services to guests and handle all telephone calls and table reservations according to standards
  – Implement opening and closing duties in accordance with standards
  – Handle basic guest complaints in accordance with Oriental Residence guidelines
  – Set up outlet and service stations
  before service and according to standards
  – Assist guests with menu recommendations and up-sells to increase the average check.
  – Check satisfaction of guests in assigned station.

Qualifications:

• Have produce knowledge about food and beverage and service skills in great service restaurant
  – Dynamic
• observant and proactive with the strive to exceed guest expectation
  – Able to communicate both in Thai and in English
  – Friendly and service oriented
