Barista

At Hilton Auckland, our Food & Beverage team plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafés. We are currently seeking a Barista who will also support general Food & Beverage Attendant duties across our outlets.

What will I be doing?

As a Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, while also contributing to the wider food and beverage service across the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining knowledge of outlet menus, including seasonal offerings and promotions
• Keeping your service area clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Supporting food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
• Receiving orders and serving guest requests across various outlets
• Efficiently managing guest transactions and account settlements
• Answering guest queries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Assisting with setup, pack-down, and general service duties as required
