准备每月报表和销售预测，分析当前和潜在的营销趋势，规划各种活动以增加营收与市场份额，并监督员工工作绩效，确保业绩超出原先制定的营收计划
审核每月报表和销售预测报告，分析当前和潜在的营销趋势，协调各种活动以增加营收与市场份额，并监督进展，确保业绩达到或优于既定营收计划
制定、开发各种特别活动和销售活动，向潜在客户推广酒店业务。参加贸易展以及全国和本地大型营销活动，增加新业务机遇，为酒店提升营销机会
宾客体验
为宾客提供信息（例如：会员计划、本地特色、餐厅和便利设施等信息），提升宾客体验
安排在酒店内举办的会议及业务团队活动，与其他酒店级别的部门协调，共同完成销售部门与潜在客户达成的协议中规定的各项服务
与有关部门交流所有相关信息，包括即将抵达的贵宾、大型团体或其他重要宾客的要求和特殊需求
主导各种营销活动，向宾客追加销售酒店服务、产品及设施
企业责任
与所在城市当地社会团体的重要业务领导、官员和代表保持密切联系，确保酒店经常获得高调的曝光度
高效推广、宣传酒店的环保与可持续发展元素，通过此类信息获得新业务机会
与广告机构、咨询公司和其它供应商合作，扩大广告投资效益，确保广告体现品牌形象
提升酒店和品牌在当地的知名度和声誉，在媒体采访时担任酒店的形象代表
发现市场营销活动和酒店整体销售绩效中的改进机会，与其他部门紧密合作
其他临时职责——需要全员出动完成任务的特殊时刻
市场营销或相关领域学士学位/更高学历，或同等学历
4年或以上酒店业或酒店销售与市场营销领域工作经验，同时具备领导销售团队的直接管理经验
必须熟知本地业务及业务趋势
必须熟练掌握当地语言
同时精通其他语言者优先
