The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for an Assistant Director of People & Culture who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Assistant Director of People & Culture works closely alongside the Director of People & Culture to oversee the day to day running of the People & Culture operation for Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities. This role has direct involvement in benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.
