The General Manager of an MGallery Resort plays a key role in shaping the guest experience, team culture, and long-term success of the property. Close collaboration with ownership ensures transparency and strategic alignment. Above all, the GM acts as a visible, approachable host delivering authentic hospitality that creates lasting memories. The role requires driving overall strategy and performance in line with Accor brand standards and M Gallery’s “Memorable Moments” philosophy, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture while offering refined, locally inspired luxury experiences.

 

Job Description

 

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate open-minded leadership by embracing innovation, fostering continuous learning, upholding Accor and MGallery standards, and building strong collaborative relationships to inspire creativity and redefine hospitality
