About the location:

Centuries-old Lebanese hospitality with a modern twist. At Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, our passionate team of local insiders can’t wait to introduce you to the people and places that make our stylish and friendly city tick. From the Hotel’s downtown location, you can set out to explore the capital’s bustling markets, admire ancient ruins, bask in the sun along our Mediterranean coastline and discover the natural wonders that lie within the snow-capped Lebanese Mountains just a short drive away. Or, simply take it all in at once from our 26th-floor rooftop, offering one of the best views in the entire city.

 

 

The Role of Executive Chef:

Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property.  We are now seeking a talented and visionary Executive Chef to join our leadership team and help shape the culinary identity of this iconic reopening.

 

Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will oversee a team of approximately 80 culinary professionals and lead the daily operations across 4 Restaurants and the Sky Bar Lounge, 24 Hour In-Room Dining, Banqueting, Outside Catering, and the Employee Restaurant.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team, creating innovative menus that celebrate local and international flavours, and ensuring the highest levels of quality, consistency, and creativity across every dining experience.  Your role will also oversee food costs, planning and budgeting, maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the warmth, excellence, and attention to detail that define Four Seasons.

 

Our Ideal Executive Chef candidate will have:

A genuine passion for culinary artistry and a leadership style that inspires teamwork, creativity, and care. You will have extensive international experience as an Executive Chef in the luxury space, leading large-scale operations of over 2,000 covers daily, managing high-profile events of 600+ guests, and overseeing outside catering. You are known for your creativity, your ability to bring people together through food, and your talent for developing others. Pre-opening experience would be a valuable asset.
