SenioMei Ume restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is currently looking for a Sommelier to join our Mei Ume Team!
Mei Ume offers traditional Chinese and Japanese dishes with a modern approach. Showcasing two of the greatest Asian cuisines under one roof, the restaurant menu includes a colourful selection of sushi, sashimi and dim sum as well as Chinese main course dishes. Head Chef Peter Ho and his team constantly develop and evolve their unique dishes in the restaurant’s innovative environment.
About the Sommelier role:
We are seeking a talented Sommelier to join our team and work closely with Go Satoyama and the Mei Ume leadership to inspire the Sommelier team.
