About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Chef for our main kitchen, which will include our new Signature Restaurant Opening in 2026.
Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.
The Commis role:
As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the culinary team with the daily preparation and production of high-quality dishes across a variety of outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment while developing your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
This kitchen is responsible for Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and our new Signature restaurant.
