Lavar/limpar a louça, panelas e utensílios das áreas de cozinha, manualmente, e/ou através da máquina; Executar a limpeza geral das dependências e instalações da cozinha, envolvendo equipamentos, copa e toda a área de A&B e de circulação de alimentos; Realizar limpezas profundas e específicas de acordo com a solicitação dos superiores; Efetuar a coleta de lixo, separar/triar e encaminhar para reciclagem em locais preestabelecidos; Limpar, separar, organizar e armazenar materiais e utensílios das áreas de cozinha.
