In this role you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, supporting senior chefs, mentoring emerging talent and inspiring a culture of creativity, craftsmanship, and cousu-main storytelling that defines every Sofitel experience.

*This role is full time permanent (40 hours per week). The successful candidate must be able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
