· Lead the restaurant team as the from the front as a hands-on leader
· Strategize on new products and service offerings whilst closely collaborating with the marketing leader.
· Proactive approach in recommending innovative marketing ideas, F&B trends, and executing those thus driving revenues.
· Good financial understanding of budgets and monitors and controls the performance of the restaurant
· Delivering memorable moments for our guests every day, everywhere and every time.
· Leading and coaching the team, helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and set their own goals and objectives.
· Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in the restaurant to ensure that they conform to the requisite brand standards.
· Service focused personality and previous leadership experience leading a food and beverage team.
· Strong and up-to-date in food & beverage knowledge and trends
· Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills
· Good project management skills with experience in opening outlets with new concepts
· Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders
· Service oriented with an eye for detail
· Ability to work effectively
· Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and generations
-Ability to speak European languages would be an added advantage
