About the role:
As a messenger, you will play a vital role in supporting the housekeeping teams. You will help ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious stay by delivering requested items, maintaining clean public spaces, and assisting with linen inventory. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for service.
What You Will Do:
• Clean and maintain public areas of the resort to the highest standards.
• Pick up and deliver guest request items promptly and accurately.
• Stock linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens.
• Assist with other housekeeping-related tasks as required.
• Work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Lift, carry, or move items up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
What you will bring:
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness procedures accurately.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high service standards.
• Physical ability to lift items and be on your feet for long periods.
