Acerca del rol
Supervisa al personal de todo el hotel durante el turno de noche.  Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el personal de todos los departamentos para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares. Es el supervisor directo de la recepción durante el turno nocturno. Responde a una amplia variedad de solicitudes de los huéspedes evaluando con precisión las necesidades y solicitudes de los huéspedes y luego agregando recomendaciones y toques personales para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente mientras cumple con todas las políticas de Four Seasons.

 

Lo que harás

  • Gestiona las actividades en la recepción durante el turno de noche.
  • Asegura las comunicaciones y el seguimiento con el turno de día sobre cualquier problema, solicitud de los huéspedes o requisitos especiales.
  • Recorre con frecuencia el hotel y supervisa las actividades de todos los demás departamentos.
  • Supervisa sus actividades para asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares, se apoye al personal y se satisfagan las necesidades de los huéspedes.
  • Maneja personalmente todas las reubicaciones de huéspedes de acuerdo con las pautas establecidas.
  • Resuelve las quejas de los clientes de todas las áreas del hotel, manejando todas las interacciones de los huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo, acomodando solicitudes especiales siempre que sea posible.
  • Revisa las llegadas tardías, las llegadas tempranas del día siguiente y las salidas para planificar las actividades del día siguiente.
  • Coordina llegadas, salidas y requisitos de facturación.
  • Asegura que se sigan todos los procedimientos financieros y crediticios.
  • Toma medidas en todos los asuntos relacionados con la seguridad, la satisfacción, el bienestar y el bienestar de los huéspedes y empleados del hotel sin requerir una dirección especial. Responde con rapidez y eficacia ante cualquier emergencia o situación de seguridad del hotel.
