About the location:

The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

 

 

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.

 

What you will do:

  • Prepare mise-en-place, set up and clear tables, ensuring high hygiene standards.
  • Provide genuine hospitality and act as host/hostess in the work area.
  • Promote hotel services and products to guests.
  • Take and serve orders for food and beverages according to resort standards in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about resort events.
  • Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and take ownership to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform any additional duties that are assigned

 

What you will bring:

  • Strong English, math, and psychometric skills.
  • O-level Qualification or an equivalent. Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in 5-star hotels/resorts or reputable restaurants.
  • Aptitude for growth and upward mobility.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language (Chinese/ Korean) will be an added advantage.
  • Finesse and personal flair.
