Guest Experience Officer

At LXR Hotels & Resorts, every guest journey is unique. As a Guest Experience Officer, you will be entrusted with creating bespoke, memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs, offering personalized assistance, and ensuring that every moment reflects the timeless luxury of our brand.

What will I be doing?
As Guest Experience Officer, you will:

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

  • Act as the main point of contact for VIPs and long-stay guests, ensuring their preferences are understood and exceeded.

  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide tailored recommendations and solutions.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Assist in arranging special occasions, amenities, and personalized touches for guests.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future stays.

  • Support guest communication channels, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.

  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Front Office and Guest Relations team.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing or guest relations role within luxury hospitality.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).

  • A warm and professional demeanor, with the ability to connect authentically with guests.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
