• Supports the smooth running of the Security & Risk department, maintaining all areas to the highest levels.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest/employee satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest/employee inquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring cost control, inventory management, productivity, and performance levels.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures and protocols for the Risk & Security department is adhered to.
• Ensure that all equipment and systems are in good operating condition.
