À propos du rôle :

 

Rôle sénior de gestion qui se concentre sur le soutien des opérations quotidiennes de la restauration. Le/la Responsable de la restauration est chargé de superviser les aspects suivants de la division Restauration : banquets, service aux chambres, la cuisine de l’hôtel, la cafétéria et la plonge, conformément aux normes Four Seasons. Cette personne dirige, instaure et maintient la philosophie de gestion et du service à la clientèle qui guide le travail du personnel de son département. Il/elle sera responsable de faire la sélection, la formation, l’évaluation, diriger et mobiliser les employés des aires.

 

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Sélectionner, former, évaluer, diriger, motiver et encadrer les employés et gestionnaires de plusieurs points de vente et opérations de restauration afin de s’assurer que les normes culturelles et les standards de l’entreprise soient respectés;
  • Être présent sur le terrain, reconnaître et entretenir les relations avec les clients réguliers tout en développant celles avec la nouvelle clientèle;
  • Contrôler les coûts de main-d’œuvre et d’exploitation grâce à une planification efficace des horaires, à la gestion des budgets, aux décisions d’achat et au contrôle des inventaires, tout en mettant l’accent sur des solutions créatives de génération de revenus afin de maximiser les profits;
  • Préparer les budgets annuels de la division; préparer les prévisions hebdomadaires des revenus, de la fréquentation et des coûts de main-d’œuvre;
