As a Welcomer, you’ll be the face and heart of the guest experience — greeting every guest by name, sharing the story of our hotel, and creating moments of genuine connection. You’ll escort guests to their rooms, assist with any requests, and ensure our VIPs and loyalty members receive exceptional personalised service, including preparing welcome amenities and hosting in the Te Kaahu Lounge.
