Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hilton Portland Downtown is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

The ability to commit to a work schedule which may include weekends and holidays.
The ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing.
The ability to effectively communication with English language-speaking guests.
Previous clerical and/or administrative or related experience is a PLUS!!
Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!
Shift Pattern: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Department Secretary/Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
