The Hilton Waikoloa Village is searching for an experienced Specialty Restaurant Manager to oversee Nui Italian!

Sitting among swaying palm trees, white sand beaches and overlooking the glistening blue Waialua Bay, Hilton Waikoloa Village is a destination nestled on 62 acres of Kohala coastline. This oceanfront oasis is blended with exceptional resort accommodations and classic Hawaiian hospitality. Featuring 647 guest rooms, 7+ dining outlets and over 240,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space, the choices are abundant at this award-winning resort.

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $83,000-$88,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location

Schedule: Role will typically work from 12p-10p/11p with flexibility required. This will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Specialty Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the hotel’s food and beverage operations. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage all outlet operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
  • Monitor and assess product and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
