The Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for their next Guest Service Agent to support Front Office Operations. Rising 36 stories from the surf with 1,000 rooms and suites, this hotel is South Florida’s iconic beachfront destination.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Seeking someone with open availability that thrives in a fast paced environment. Prior OnQ experience and full-service luxury hotel background is preferred.
Shift Pattern: varied shifts, AM and PM as needed per business needs. Weekend/holiday availability required.
