Efectuar las compras de todos los elementos requeridos por el hotel, controlar los inventarios, y manejar los costos de alimentos y bebidas, con el propósito de entregar un servicio de calidad de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos colocando al cliente en el “corazón” de todo lo que se hace, para que su experiencia sea única e inolvidable.
Realizar compras de los productos de uso y consumo, efectuando cotizaciones, junto a los proveedores homologados, negociando precios, plazos, formas de pago y realizando la compra, posterior a la aprobación del superior.
Mantener una buena relación con los diversos proveedores de la cartera y resolviendo divergencias en el recibimiento de las compras con los proveedores.
Desarrollar nuevos proveedores, evaluando propuestas y ofertas, así como verificar especificaciones técnicas y legales exigidas, además de revisar las directrices de homologación de proveedores.
Evaluar junto al gestor el desempeño de los proveedores, recomendando su descalificación en caso de ser requerido.
Evaluar los niveles de stock de materiales, en conjunto con los responsables de las áreas, gestionando las compras necesarias. Almacenar y despachar insumos.
Realizar diversos informes, según necesidad del área.
Ser un agente activo y fiel representante Heartist que ubica al cliente en el “corazón” de todo lo que se hace para que su experiencia sea única e inolvidable. Ejecutando otras atribuciones necesarias de acuerdo con la necesidad del área.
Experiencia mínima 1 año en cargos similares, comprobables.
Estudios en hotelería o afín – Secundaria Completa/ Software de gestión de Stock CMNet.
