What will I be doing?
As MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Events) Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and positioning the hotel as a market leader. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a particular emphasis on the MICE segment, while nurturing existing relationships to generate repeat business. You will be proactive in analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives across all revenue streams.
