• Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service when required
• Guide guests on food, beverage, and shisha selections to enhance their overall experience
• Coordinate closely with the shisha team and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor the cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the lounge/terrace area
• Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and handle escalated issues promptly
• Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold service standards
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel/service guidelines at all times
• Assist with inventory, stock control, and daily operational reports as needed
