The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare menus in collaboration with management
• Cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste
• Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings
