We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to join our team at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston Cambridge
Strategically located in a prominent urban setting, our hotel features over 300 contemporary guest rooms and 10,000 sq. ft. of versatile event space, including a signature ballroom spanning more than 5,500 sq. ft. This dynamic environment offers exciting opportunities to engage with a wide range of group clients and drive impactful sales success.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager within a hotel group sales environment, demonstrating a strong history of converting qualified leads into contracted events. This individual thrives in a fast-paced sales setting, consistently acts quickly on new opportunities, and showcases the property with confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm. A proactive mindset, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for exceeding client expectations are key to success in this role.
Shift Pattern:
Standard office hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), with required flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend coverage to support client events and activations.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 annually plus Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
