- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Lead and mentor the front office team, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage guest feedback, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Represent the hotel professionally during management duties and when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven leadership experience in a hotel.
- Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building genuine connections.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- In-depth understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
