As Director of Sales of Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, you will helm a team of exceptional professionals dedicated to delivering the legendary Four Seasons experience.

 

About the Role

As Director of Sales for Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, you will be a senior leader within the Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will lead a high-performing Sales Team across leisure, corporate, group and government segments, building trusted client relationships, creating new demand, and converting business that maximises revenue, market share and profitability. You will partner closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to deliver seamless group and VIP experiences that reflect Four Seasons service standards.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Sales Team: Set clear goals, coach performance, and manage day-to-day activities to achieve annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Own the Sales Strategy: Develop and execute segment strategies and account plans aligned to the hotel’s Commercial Plan, including budgeting, goal setting and market deployment.
