What will I be doing?
As Barista, you will:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with recipes and presentation standards.
Provide a warm welcome and personalized service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences.
Ensure the coffee bar area is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and effectively.
Support upselling initiatives by recommending seasonal beverages, pastries, or pairing options.
Handle cash and payment transactions in line with Hilton policies.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all preparation and service areas.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A professional appearance and warm, engaging personality.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through every cup served.
