HOTEL OVERVIEW

Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will provide strategic leadership for one of Singapore’s largest and most prestigious hotel complexes. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and ensuring strong financial performance across all venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring the highest service, quality, and consistency across all outlets.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimisation.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, signature events, and key brand partnerships to strengthen visibility and drive revenue.
  • Partner with the Culinary division to deliver innovative, guest centric concepts.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a large, diverse team ensuring strong engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Uphold strict standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance with all hotel and regulatory policies.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.
  • Proven senior F&B leadership experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge, financial acumen, and service culture expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities.
  • Confident, well presented, self driven, organised, and experienced in leading large teams.
