Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for Server Assistant at Nuna, our new dinner concept. Candidates must share a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.
The Server Assistant services restaurant areas by promptly delivering food items, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting wait staff.
What you will do
– Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
– Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
– Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
