Hilton Atlanta and Towers is seeking a Full-Time Bellperson to join their team! Hilton Atlanta, in Downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium has 1,249 rooms and suites, 131,730 square feet of meeting space, including three ballrooms, two terraces, and 51 meeting rooms.

Ideal candidates for this position will have a passion for excellent customer service and teamwork and has full flexibility with schedules. Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Shift Pattern: AM, MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 7:00AM and ending as late as 11:30PM, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $13.40 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Bellperson, you would be responsible for transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
• Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
