Spa Treatment Manager

The Spa Treatment Manager is responsible for overseeing daily spa treatment operations to ensure an exceptional, luxurious experience for every guest. This role provides leadership to the treatment provider team, ensures service excellence, maintains high operational standards, and supports the overall success of the Fairmont Spa. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, inspires colleagues, and demonstrates exceptional guest service and organizational skills.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the daily operations of the treatment team, ensuring all services meet brand and Forbes standards.
• Direct treatment operations to ensure the spa operates cost-effectively and efficiently while maintaining luxury service levels.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development for treatment providers.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on safety, service, and exceptional experiences.
• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and treatment revenue to support spa profitability.
