About the location:

  • Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and restaurant in absence of the F&B Assistant Manager.  To assist F&B Management in ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.
  • Due to the work permit policy in the country, we are looking for local candidate.
  • About the Job and expected responsibilities.
  • Oversee all front and back of the house operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
  • Following up on booking coming from different channels and organize accordingly using Open Table or similar software.
  • Good knowledge of the food & beverage offers with the ability to effectively provide descriptions to our customers and drive the service team.
  • Maintain quality control for all food served.
  • Ensure smooth process of restaurant and lounge reservations.
  • Project future needs for goods, in room dining supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
  • Assist Rest Manager/ Ass. Manager to generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Regularly review menu engineering with the leadership team and Chef
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
  • Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

 

Qualifications in detail:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury food & beverage service.
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Strong communication skills Fast-Paced Experience.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arab, French and English languages.
  • Working on computer skills and knowledge including Excel, Word, Internet and Micros
