Job Description

 

We are seeking a candidate who can deliver exceptional luxury hospitality by overseeing all daily residential operations and ensuring seamless, high-standard service. Acting as the primary contact for homeowners and long-stay residents, this role will collaborate with all hotel departments to provide full access to services and curated experiences. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, the candidate will uphold Raffles brand standards, lead resident-facing teams, and ensure full compliance with safety and property regulations.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Oversees all daily residential operations and ensures seamless service delivery
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all homeowners and long-stay residents
  • Ensures residents enjoy full access to hotel services, amenities and curated experiences
  • Coordinates with hotel departments (Concierge, Butler, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping)
  • Maintains exceptional service standards aligned with Raffles brand expectations
  • Manages signing privileges and billing arrangements for homeowners
  • Oversees Resident Concierge and Residence Reception teams
  • Handles homeowner inquiries, concerns and special requests with discretion
  • Ensures compliance with property regulations, safety standards and residence policies
