The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a Full-Time Server to join their team at the poolside bar, Shades! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year previous experience as a server, 1-2 years of customer service, and is comfortable working outside in the sun!

Shift Pattern: Full availability required. 8-hour shift between 9AM and 10:30PM

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
