The On-Call Residences AM Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms within the Resort Residences to the highest Four Seasons standards. This role supports the Housekeeping team by ensuring all assigned residences and public areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for our homeowners and their guests.
• Read and understand daily work reports and room assignment sheets.
• Ensure cleaning buckets/caddies are properly stocked at the start of each shift.
• Clean, dust, sanitize, and supply guest rooms—including bathrooms—according to Four Seasons procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors in all assigned residences.
• Maintain clean, neat, and clutter-free corridors in designated work areas.
• Use all cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.
• Support the Residences Housekeeping Manager with additional duties as required.
• Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury cleanliness standards.
