Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the role:

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will lead Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons standards. You will act as a key leader within the Front Office team and replace the Front Office Manager during their absence.

 

What You will do:

  • Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and accommodate special requests.
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements; review daily arrivals for VIPs and groups.
  • Serve as a point of contact for VIP and Elite guests from pre-arrival through departure.
  • Train, develop, and mentor Front Office team members; conduct interviews and evaluations.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance closure, and oversee operations in the absence of higher management.
  • Take ownership of projects to enhance guest and employee experiences.

 

 

 

What You will bring:

  • Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  • Flexible schedule to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Front Office at a 5-star hotel.
