About the role:
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in leading the new restaurant. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role gives you the opportunity to be part of something truly special from the ground up.

What you will do:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Assist in managing staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and quality delivery.
• Monitor and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance the restaurant’s profile.

What you will bring: 

• Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
