SPA CONCIERGE

Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Spa Concierge is in charge of warmly and professionally welcoming the resort’s guests, assisting them with their needs and requests and informing the Spa colleagues accordingly.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Interact courteously with guests, answering all the spa and hotel related questions

• Ensure a warm welcome to all guests at all times

• Greet all guests upon their arrival, giving new guests a tour of the spa area and offering old guests “re-orientations”

• Organize the appointments’ schedule to maximize the use of time and profitability whilst giving first importance to the guests’ needs

• Handle incoming and outgoing guests and spa colleagues’ business-related e-mails

• Communicate all messages promptly, keeping management informed as to any complaints

• Have an accurate knowledge of the spa’s software, treatments offered and all retail products

• Assist all spa and hotel’s colleagues where necessary, performing opening and closing duties

• Keep the working area clean and neat at all times
