Front Desk Supervisor

We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor for the next season to join our Front Office team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.

He/She will Report to the Front Desk Manager.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards.

·         Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a fast and efficient experience.

·         Train, motivate, and support the reception team, providing feedback and fostering a positive work environment.

·         Handle reservations, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and promptness.

·         Ensure excellent communication between the front office and other departments.

·         Manage financial transactions and cash handling with accuracy.

·         Keep up-to-date knowledge of company services and local attractions.

·         Contribute to achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

·         Proven experience of at least 2 years in a front desk supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality sector.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team members.

·         Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities.

·         Customer service-oriented and keen attention to detail.

·         Effective problem-solving skills.
